Terms and Conditions.

Rates are room rates based on twin or triple occupancy.
No room occupancy for more than 3 perople per room.
Minimum 4 nights stay required from December 20 - February 28
Twin / Double rates based on 2 adults sharing room.
Triple Rooms have Twin/Double beds plus a sofa bed.
0-2 years: free (no bed / no meals)
Rates include a continental buffet and a cooked breakfast plate

Standard Bookings require 25% deposit is required within 2 days of booking confirmation and is non-refundable. Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Early Bird and Pay Now rates are non-refundable

All Double Black Accommodation Includes:

• A continental buffet and full cooked breakfast
• Transfers from and to Hakuba bus or train station on arrival and departure
• An en-suite bathroom
• Usage of the onsen style bath (communal hot pool area)
• Complimentary daily shuttle service for Happo One Gondola and Iwatake
• Paid shuttle services are available to other resorts
