Iwatake

Iwatake is renowned for its wide open runs and 360 degree views of the valley. Although appealing more to beginners and intermediates, there is still plenty of fun to be had for advanced snow adventurers as well.

Boarders will be in heaven at the top of the mountain, where a fantastic terrain park has been constructed with a range of jumps, kickers and rails, catering to all levels of experience.  Both challenging and pretty, drop into the far valley, where you'll find some wonderful tree lined runs for the more advanced.

Just off the main run near the top - not easily found, but well worth investigating - is the Skywalker run. This fast and twisty tree lined trail, winds spectacularly down the mountain, before ending at a small and secluded restaurant. The perfect little excursion to get away from other skiers and boarders.
